Mike founded the physiotherapist-led Master's Program in 2021 which has grown significantly over the past few years. The Master's Program is a strength and conditioning class for older adults, keeping them strong, active, healthy and pain free as they age. The slogan for the class is 'Use It Or Lose It' which is embodied by so many of our incredible members.

As an athlete, Mike has been an avid rugby player since he was 8 years of age. He has played on many successful teams with Terenure College School and Rugby Club. He was a Leinster Schools Junior Cup winner in 2010. He played on Terenure College RFC's u20's double winning teams in 2014 and 2015 which included their first McCorry in Cup 2014 and again in 2015. He has played with the Terenure College RFC First Team since 2015 which included the first AIL winning team in 2023 and the Bateman Cup winning teams in 2022 and 2023.

Mike takes a modern approach to physiotherapy, he looks at the entire body during his comprehensive assessment, looking for the root cause of the the issue, not just treating the symptoms. Mike favours active exercise rehabilitation and long term preventative programming rather than 'quick fix' / 'feel good' treatments which don't last.
